This Privacy Policy explains how Lunavia Team ("Lunavia," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and protects information when you use the Lunavia mobile application and related services (collectively, the "Service").

Lunavia is a dedicated nail art recording tool designed for nail lovers and professionals. It helps you record and organize nail designs, track manicure sessions, calculate the duration of your ideal nail state, capture photos, categorize styles, build a personal gallery, and set reminders for touch-ups.

If you do not meet the age requirement (17+), do not use the Service.

1) Information We Collect

1.1 Information You Provide

Account information: name, username, email address.
Customer support: messages you send to us and any information you choose to include.

1.2 Photos, Images, and Related Data

Gallery and records: photos/images you capture or select for your nail art gallery and manicure records.
No facial recognition / biometrics: we do not identify people in photos and we do not create biometric templates or identifiers.
Local-first by default: your photos and records are stored on your device by default when feasible.
Optional upload (you control): if a feature requires syncing, backup, or server-side processing, you decide whether to upload content.

1.3 Information Collected Automatically

Device information: device model, OS version, app version, language, time zone, and similar attributes.
Usage statistics and diagnostics: feature usage, performance data, and app interactions.
Crash logs: crash and error data to diagnose and fix issues.

1.4 Location Information (With Permission)

If you grant location permission, we may collect approximate or precise location. You can disable location permissions at any time in your device settings.

2) How We Use Information

Provide and maintain: accounts, gallery, records, reminders, and related features.
Personalize: preferences, organization, and settings.
Improve: analytics, debugging, performance, and reliability.
Security: protect accounts, prevent abuse, and respond to incidents.
Support: respond to customer support requests.
Legal: comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms and policies.

We do not sell your personal information.

3) Cookies and Similar Technologies

Our websites and any embedded web content used with the Service may use cookies, local storage, SDKs, and similar technologies (which may include web beacons) to keep you logged in, remember preferences, improve reliability and performance, and help prevent fraud and abuse.

You can control cookies through your browser or device settings. Some features may not work properly if cookies are disabled.

4) Photos and Optional Processing

Lunavia is designed to keep you in control.

Local storage by default: your photos and records are stored on your device by default when feasible.
One-time processing and deletion: if you choose to upload images or text for processing, we use them only to generate the output you requested and delete them promptly after completion (subject to brief technical delays).
AI-assisted features (if offered): if you choose an AI-assisted feature that requires uploading images or text, the content is processed on Lunavia Team infrastructure (our own servers). We do not share your uploaded images or text with third-party AI model providers for processing, and we delete the uploaded content promptly after completion (subject to brief technical delays). You control whether to upload and generate content.
No training / marketing: we do not use uploaded photos or text for advertising profiling or for training third-party models.

We may disclose information only to the minimum extent necessary in the following circumstances:

With your consent or at your direction.
Service providers (processors) who help us operate the Service under contractual protections and our instructions.
Legal, compliance, and safety obligations and rights protection.
Business transfers (e.g., merger, acquisition, or sale of assets), with appropriate safeguards.

We do not sell your personal information.

6) International Transfers

Your information may be processed in countries other than your own. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers, such as Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or equivalent mechanisms.

7) Security

We use reasonable safeguards designed to protect information, including:

Encryption in transit and, where appropriate, at rest.
Access controls and least privilege.
Regular reviews/audits and security checks.
Backups and recovery procedures.

No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8) Data Retention

Account data: retained while your account is active.
Account deletion: deleted or anonymized within 30 days after a verified deletion request, unless retention is required by law.
Usage analytics/diagnostics: up to 12 months.
Customer support records: up to 6 months.
Uploaded content for one-time processing (if used): deleted promptly after processing is completed.

9) Your Rights and Choices

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict/object, and withdraw consent (where applicable). To exercise your rights, email coolsprings2488@outlook.com.

We aim to respond within 5 business days where reasonably possible and as required by applicable law. We may verify your identity before fulfilling requests.

10) Children / Age Requirement

The Service is intended for users aged 17 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 17. If you believe a child under 17 has provided personal information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.

11) Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last Updated" date above indicates when this Policy was last revised. If changes are material, we will provide notice as required by law.
